SOHNA By CapitalTrails (2026) opens up a section of trail that is rarely used or explored in the historic Aravalli mountain range. This unique, self-supported adventure offers a challenging and wildly fun experience through untamed wilderness, testing your mettle and trail running prowess.
Building on the self-sufficient race format established by the CapitalTrails Community, this edition adds new elements while maintaining the core ethos of self-sufficiency, sustainability, and Leave No Trace.

Race Categories:
Registrations are strictly limited to 30 participants per distance category on a first-in-first-out waitlist confirmation basis.
SOHNA By CapitalTrails is 100% self-supported. Participants must bring all required gear, fuel, and hydration.
For non-Ultra categories (10 KM and 25 KM), there is no on-route support (no aid stations, water supply, route markings, or finish-line feasts). Organizers provide GPX files and volunteers at select checkpoints.
For the Ultra (50 KM) category, a drop bag facility is available at the start/finish area (half-way point). Participants must replenish supplies before heading back onto the trails. Drop bags should carry required gear and hydration (e.g., 2 liters of water) for the next section.
There are no physical route markings. Volunteers at checkpoints carry QR codes that participants must scan using the Webscorer app on their phones in correct sequential order for finish timings to be valid.
If signing up for the Relay category without a partner, participants will be randomly assigned one. If registering with a teammate, register individually and email [email protected] with team name and partner name.
How the Relay Works:
Strict gear checks will be conducted. Missing gear results in immediate cancellation of participation and assignment to volunteer duties.
Untamed wilderness and trails through the historic Aravalli mountain range. Route has no physical route markings; navigation is strictly self-guided via GPX files on mobile navigation apps.
