TERMS OF SERVICE

endurace.pro is a discovery platform for endurance and other sports events — triathlon, running, cycling, trail, obstacle course racing, swimming, multisport, virtual, ultra, and adventure. We help you find events near you, save events you're interested in, and connect you through to the event organizer's or a third-party source site's own registration process.

For most events listed on endurace.pro, we do not process registrations or payments ourselves — clicking "Register" or a similar link takes you to the organizer's or source site's own website, where their own terms and privacy policy apply. endurace.pro is not a party to that registration and is not responsible for the event, its accuracy, its cancellation, or any transaction you complete there.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings or reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one

Event organizers who submit listings are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. New event listings are reviewed before they appear publicly on the Service, and we may reject or remove a listing at our discretion — including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or that violate these Terms. Moderation does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legitimacy of any listed event; you should independently verify details directly with the organizer before registering or attending.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by Veltrix Labs LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent. Event content (names, descriptions, images) remains the property of the respective organizers or source sites.

The Service contains links to third-party websites (event organizer sites, registration platforms, and source sites we aggregate listings from) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVENT INFORMATION LISTED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. PARTICIPATION IN ANY ENDURANCE SPORTS EVENT CARRIES INHERENT PHYSICAL RISK, AND YOU ASSUME THAT RISK ENTIRELY WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR OR ATTEND AN EVENT DISCOVERED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELTRIX LABS LLP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY EVENT OR THIRD-PARTY SITE ACCESSED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₹1,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veltrix Labs LLP from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice where we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
