PRIVACY POLICY

Effective October 18, 2026

endurace.pro ("endurace.pro," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Veltrix Labs LLP. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services at endurace.pro (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, depending on how you sign in (Google, email code, or email and password), basic profile details such as your name.

Profile information. During onboarding you may provide your date of birth, gender, sports you're interested in, and activity level, so we can personalize event recommendations.

Location information. We use your IP address to infer your approximate country and city (via Cloudflare's network-level geolocation) to show relevant local events and default measurement units (km/mi). We also use this approximate location, without keeping the IP address itself, in the anonymous event statistics described below. This does not require any device permission and is not precise GPS location. If a feature separately requests your device's precise location, we only do so with your explicit browser permission, and you can decline or revoke it at any time.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service — pages viewed, events searched or saved, and links clicked — to operate and improve the Service.

Anonymous event statistics. When you view an event page we also record anonymous statistics so organizers can see how their event is doing. These records say that the page was opened, which buttons were used (such as Register, Share, Save, Notify me, maps, calendar and documents), and general details about the visit: your approximate country and city (worked out by Cloudflare from your IP address — we do not store the IP address), the type of device, browser and operating system, the website or campaign link you came from, and your browser language. We keep only these general details, not your IP address or your browser's full identification text. The records use a random code your browser makes up for that visit (held in the browser's session storage, not in a cookie). They are not linked to your account, name or email address, and because of that we cannot look up or delete the records of one particular person.

Cookies and local storage. We use browser local storage and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as saved events and unit system) and to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and our anonymous event statistics do not use cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Show you relevant events based on your location, sports, and activity level
  • Send you account-related emails (sign-in codes, confirmations, and important notices)
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical issues
  • Show event organizers anonymous statistics about how their events are viewed
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Service providers who host and run our infrastructure on our behalf, including Supabase (database and authentication), Amazon Web Services (email delivery and hosting), and Cloudflare (content delivery, network security, and Cloudflare Turnstile — a CAPTCHA alternative used to distinguish real visitors from bots without the intrusive challenges of traditional CAPTCHAs; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy for how it processes data). These providers are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations and may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Event organizers, in limited cases — for example, if you register or express interest in an event they list, they may receive information necessary to process that interest. Organizers also see anonymous, combined statistics about visits to their events (for example how many people viewed an event, which buttons they used, and the general mix of places, devices and websites visitors came from). Small groups are combined so that no individual can be picked out.
  • External event websites. When you click through to register for an event, you leave endurace.pro and that site's own privacy policy applies to any information you provide there. We are not responsible for their practices.
  • Legal requirements, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of endurace.pro, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

The anonymous event statistics described above contain no account or contact information. We keep them for as long as they remain useful to organizers and to us, and we do not link them to any account.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most of your profile information directly from your account settings, or contact us at the address below to make a request.

You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link included in those emails; account-critical emails (like sign-in codes) cannot be turned off while your account is active.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure providers may store and process data in regions including India and other countries where they operate data centers. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in these locations.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as an email or an in-app notification).

10. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at [email protected].
