Columbia Trail Race powered by Columbia Sports on 1st Nov. 2026 will feature varied surfaces that include barren plains, stretches with gradient, gravel & boulders. The 100% technical trail course is tough and treacherous, so choose your distance according to your current fitness level. The course length is approximately 15Km and there is not much elevation.

Home Delivery of Kits: You may opt for home delivery of your event kit while filling the form. This facility remains available till 15 days before the event.
Waiver Statement: Participants affirm physical fitness and sufficient training for designated races, certified by a licensed medical practitioner, and agree to indemnify organizers against claims arising from misstatement or misrepresentation.

Rewards & Felicitations
Rewards and felicitations rules:
- No prizes/felicitation in case of low participation (5 or less) in gender categories of each distance.
- Only the winner will be felicitated if the participation is between 5 and 10.
- Top 3 will be felicitated if the participation size is 11 & above.
- Age Category prizes in distance categories where participation is more than 100.
Emergencies
Participants are responsible for their own safety while participating. You are encouraged to carry your cell phone with you as a safety precaution. In case of an emergency contact the nearest check point or the control room. The contact details will be made available before the start.
Refund Policy
In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.
In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at [email protected] to get a refund (excluding processing fee).
