There are many options to take part in the Mid-Maryland Ultra: run the whole 50k, get teammates and split the distance with friends, or run 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 loops.
The aid station is stocked with different food and drinks all day long.

Elkridge is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Howard County, Maryland, adjacent to Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties. Founded early in the 18th century, it has grown rapidly in recent decades. Its humid subtropical climate brings hot, humid summers and cool winters, so spring and autumn are the best seasons to race.
