Yverdon-les-Bains, commonly called Yverdon, is a municipality in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland and the second most important town in the canton, with about 30,000 residents. It lies between the Jura mountains, the plains of the Orbe and Lake Neuchâtel, and is known for its thermal springs. It won the Wakker Prize in 2009 for how it developed its public spaces and linked the old town to the lake.
