IRONMAN 70.3 Goa returns for its 6th edition on 1st November 2026, with registration opening on 22nd April 2026. Athletes can participate either individually or in 2-person and 3-person relay teams. Over 4,000 athletes from 57+ countries have completed the race to earn the finisher medal, with more than 65% participating as first-timers.
Panaji is easily accessible from major metropolitan hubs like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Pune via both Dabolim (GOI) and Mopa (GOX) airports.
