Creating a Club, start to finish
This page walks through creating a real Club from start to finish, with screenshots of every step, filled in with sample details. Use it to check your own screen matches, or to understand what each field is actually for.
Step 1: What & Where

This is what Step 1 looks like once filled in with sample details:
Club, Group, or Training Group. This choice cannot be changed later, so pick carefully. A Club is free forever. A Group and a Training Group are both paid, they only differ in whether they run once (Group) or on an ongoing basis (Training Group).
Club Name. Just what people will see. Two clubs can share the same name, so do not worry about finding something totally unique.
Bio. A short one-line tagline, up to 60 characters, shown on the card when people are browsing. Think of it as your one-sentence pitch.
Hosted by. Who is actually running this. It fills in your own name by default, but you can change it to a brand or organization name instead, for example if a store or a coach’s business is running the club rather than you personally.
Disciplines. Pick every sport that applies. Whichever one you pick first becomes the primary discipline, which decides the badge color shown on the card and which starter checklist you see later for what is included.
Location. Optional for a Club. Leave it blank if your club is not tied to one city, or search for a city if it is.
Step 2: Details

For a Club, Step 2 is just one field: a longer description. This is the place to actually say when you meet, where, and what a typical session looks like. The short bio from Step 1 is the teaser, this is the real explanation.
Step 3: Media & Privacy

Before you publish, you get a live preview of exactly what your club’s card will look like. Below that:
Cover Photo. The big banner image on your club’s page. Not required to publish, but a club with a real photo gets noticed a lot more than one without.
Gallery. Extra photos, up to 10, that show up further down the page. You do not have to add these now, you can always add more later from the club’s own page.

Make this club invitation only. Leave this off if you want anyone to be able to find and join your club from Discover. Turn it on if you would rather only let people in who have a direct invite link from you.
Gender preference. Optional. This is just a label shown on your page, for example "Women only". It is not checked or enforced by the app in any way, it is simply a signal so people can decide for themselves whether to join.
What you get after publishing

Once you hit Create Club, you land straight on your new club’s real page, and you are automatically its Admin. From here you can add photos to the gallery, and the Manage button lets you edit any of the details you just filled in, or deactivate the club later if you ever need to.
The Preview public page button next to Manage is worth trying too. It shows you exactly what a visitor who is not a member sees, which is a good way to check your club looks the way you want before sharing it around.
