Join us on Sunday, November 15 for a 5K that does more than get your steps in. The Move, Nourish, Give 5K brings the FSU and Tallahassee community together to get active, give back to campus, and help fill Thanksgiving tables across the Big Bend.
Run, jog, or walk the 5K at your own pace. All fitness levels are welcome, and you are welcome to bring friends, teammates, and family.
Food as Medicine Society is a student organization dedicated to evidence-based nutrition and wellness education. We believe good health starts with access to good food, and this event is our way of putting that belief into action.
Bring non-perishable canned goods to the donation table at the event. Canned vegetables, beans, soups, and other pantry staples are all welcome.
Donations can also be made through the registration page, and 75% of donations go to Second Harvest of the Big Bend.
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
No refunds.
Tallahassee is the capital of Florida and the county seat of Leon County, and it became the capital in 1824. The city is a college town, home to Florida State University, Florida A&M University and Tallahassee State College. Summers are hot and humid with frequent thunderstorms, so the cooler months of autumn and spring are the best seasons to race.
