About the race

Join us for the THIRD year of the BDoKY Hemo Hustle. Whether you're looking for a nice walk through nature or trying to set a new PR, come out and support Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky's mission to support kids and families affected by bleeding disorders throughout the state of Kentucky.

Afterwards at the venue

You are welcome to stay afterwards and let the kids play on the playgrounds by the start/finish line.

Registration, refreshments and timing

  • Registration starts at 8:45 and the race begins at 9:30.
  • Please register by 10/31/26 to ensure correct T-shirt sizes and numbers.
  • Snacks and refreshments are provided before and after the race.

Awards and shirts

The T-shirt is included in the regular registration fee, and custom awards are given to the Top 3 male and female 5K finishers.

Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.

Refunds are not allowed for this race.
