The Midtown Mile Road Championship race will kick off the 2026 Alamo Heights Holiday Parade.
The course runs through the annual Holiday Parade route. It is mostly downhill and scenic, which makes it a good course for hitting top speed. You will finish at the Alamo Heights Pool, where an iconic after party with plenty of food and drinks awaits.
You can register as an individual, a team, or a chair duo. Teams can compete with a minimum of 5 runners.
Prizes are from On. All participants receive a finisher medal, and the overall male and female winners receive a trophy.
Runners can run their own pace or take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the course and the festivities along the way, including midway champagne and snacks.

San Antonio is the second-most populous city in Texas, located in the southern part of the state and serving as the county seat of Bexar County. Its name, Spanish for Saint Anthony, was given by a Spanish expedition in 1691, and it had 1.43 million residents at the 2020 census. Summers are hot and humid with mild winters, so spring and autumn are the best seasons to race.
