The funds raised in the Reidsville YMCA's annual Turkey Trot race benefit the community by contributing to the Y's Programs and Annual Giving Campaign.
The Annual Giving Campaign provides financial assistance to those in our community who otherwise could not afford YMCA programs and services. Funding provides scholarships for memberships, swim lessons, sports and child care, creating opportunities for individuals of all ages and abilities regardless of their ability to pay.
Supporting the Turkey Trot helps build belonging and strengthen our community.
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
Reidsville is a city in Rockingham County, North Carolina, in the Piedmont Triad and part of the Greensboro–High Point metropolitan area. It began as a stage-line stop called Wright's Crossroads and grew into a farming community centered on tobacco and cigarette manufacturing. Summers in the Piedmont are hot and humid with mild winters, so spring and autumn are the best seasons to race.
