City insight: Normal
Normal is a town in McLean County, Illinois, USA, and the smaller of the two principal cities of the Bloomington–Normal metropolitan area. It is home to Illinois State University. Summers are warm and humid and winters are cold, so late spring and early autumn are the best seasons to race.
