US Road Running races are built for runners and walkers who like friendly, low-pressure race days with just enough competition to keep things exciting. Events are local, welcoming, and easy to join, whether you are chasing a PR, collecting a themed medal, working toward series points, or getting outside with good people.
Most races are small enough to feel personal but organized enough to feel official. Expect a clear course, helpful race staff, finisher medals, results, and a relaxed community feel.
Because these are small local races, there are normally one or two staff members at each race. EMS is not stationed on site, and water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
Plan for the weather, bring anything you may want between laps, and check in with race staff if you need help.
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
Expect a clear course. Water stations are at the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
Manheim is a borough in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with 5,064 residents at the 2020 census. Its name comes from Mannheim, Germany, and it also has a Pennsylvania German name, Mannem. Summers are warm and humid and winters are cold in this part of the state, so spring and autumn are the best seasons to race.
