Run for Mental Health is an empowering journey toward well-being. Run with purpose and heart for someone you know who is on that difficult journey, like all of us.
Let's break the stigma and stride toward a healthier mind. We keep things small, personal and local, so every run feels less like a number and more like a memory.
There is no packet pickup. Your swag ships straight to your door, so double-check your full U.S. mailing address, including apartment number, when you register. Race bibs are handed out on race day.
Your shirt will arrive at your mailing address the week of your race.
Shipping may not catch up in time, so your shirt could arrive after race day. You are welcome to wear whatever you like and run with us anyway.
We'll send final participant info by the Wednesday before race day, with all the details and course maps.
After you've registered, use your confirmation number to reserve a wave.
Jump in when you arrive. Our coordinators stay on-site for 3 hours after the first wave. Times may change depending on the season, so please check your participant info email.
Prefer to run on your own time? Our Virtual Run includes a digital training pack to keep you on track. Run it whenever and wherever, with any tracking device you like (optional), then send your results to [email protected] to claim your medal.
Got a mission that helps people around the world? Let us help you fundraise at no cost to you.
Timing is optional. Track your own time via Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run or similar, then submit it through our online form to get it posted. Or ask a coordinator to time you.
There are no timing chips. This is about progress, not pressure.
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
This is a smaller, private group run with a capped field per wave, so it never feels crowded and you're never just a bib number.
All paces and ages are welcome (under 18 with a guardian). Run it, walk it, however you like.
There's no gear and no setup. You'll have the course and our coordinators cheering you on in a relaxed, stress-free setting.
When you sign up, you get real support toward your fitness goals, plus an invitation to join one of our local run clubs.
Las Vegas is the largest city in Nevada, in a basin on the floor of the Mojave Desert, surrounded by mountain ranges and known for its resorts and the Strip. It has a hot desert climate: summers (June to September) are extremely hot, with a July average high of about 40 C, winters are short with mild days and cool nights, and the transitional seasons are warm. Autumn to spring is the best time to race, with abundant sunshine and very low humidity. Avoid summer, when daytime heat is severe and nights stay warm. Rain is scarce.
