The LaBelle Rotary Club is finding ways to keep its fundraising going so it can provide for our community. The club donates dictionaries to 3rd grade elementary students, scholarships to graduates, support to Turkeys Take Flight and many other worthwhile causes.
Our number one donation goes to helping eradicate Polio around the world. Rotary International has helped eradicate Polio in all but 2 countries by distributing polio drops to the children of the world. 100% of proceeds, above event costs, will go to the fight against Polio as well as other causes in our local area.
This will be an annual event in line with the club's already successful Turkey Shoot.
The run will take place on November 8th at the park on Forrey Dr.
The 2026 Labelle Turkey Trot 5K will be timed and scored by LinMark Sports of Cape Coral FL using the Chronotrack Timing System. During race week, runners, family and friends can sign up for texted race results to their mobile devices.
Sponsorships are welcome.
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
LaBelle is the county seat of Hendry County in southern Florida, United States, with a population of 4,966 at the 2020 census. The city is named for two daughters of pioneer cattleman Francis Asbury Hendry and is part of the Clewiston Micropolitan Statistical Area. The subtropical climate brings hot, humid summers and mild, drier winters, so November through April is the best time to race.
