The Yeti Endurance Weekend is a new weekend-long series of endurance events at Longview Lake.
The 5K and 10K take place on Saturday, and the half marathon and marathon take place on Sunday. You can run one event on either Saturday or Sunday, or run on both days.
Participants in each event receive a finisher medal and compete for age group and overall prizes.
Half marathon and marathon registrants receive a hooded sweatshirt. 5K and 10K participants can add a long sleeve shirt for an additional fee.
The 5k and 10k with alternative medal are the same courses as the regular 5K and 10K. Instead of receiving the custom Yeti medal, you'll receive an alternative medal that is not as custom as the standard medal. You'll still be in the results and will be eligible for age group and overall awards.
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
Kansas City, abbreviated KC, is the largest city in Missouri by both population and area, located on the Missouri River at its confluence with the Kansas River. It had 508,090 residents at the 2020 census and is part of a metropolitan area that straddles the Missouri-Kansas state line. Summers are hot and humid with cold winters, so spring and autumn are the best seasons to race.
