Johnstown, Alexandria & Granville Turkey Trot
About the race
Make memories and continue the tradition this Thanksgiving season with family and friends!
Participants receive their choice of a turkey hat (several hat options are available at packet pickup) or a long sleeve shirt or hooded sweatshirt, plus a custom race bib, finisher medal and a sweet treat: a personal pie, donut or cookie. The race is chip timed with instant results, and snacks and refreshments are provided.
Race start times
- Kids Fun Run: 9:00am
- Half Marathon, 10k & 5k: 9:15am
Parking
Parking is available at the event location. If that lot fills up, there are two adjacent parking lots:
- Between the Johnstown Mill and TAC, off Track St (short walk to the start/finish line).
- On the gravel at the Johnstown Dog Park, next to the shelter house where registration and the start/finish line are located: 100 E Douglas St, Johnstown, OH 43031.
Street parking is also available around the park. Check signs to make sure you are parked legally. At any parking area, park only on gravel or paved areas, not on the grass.
Strollers and dogs
This is a dog-friendly event. A doggy water station will be set up at the finish line.

Cancellation policy
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race however you can defer, change races, donate your entry fee to the charity, switch to a virtual event or purchase event insurance and receive a refund through your insurance claim. Defer or change races by managing your registration.

The start and finish line is at the Johnstown Trail Head of the TJ Evans Bike Path, on the paved Evans Foundation bike path (T.J. Evans Trail) in Johnstown, Ohio. Every race starts and finishes at the same line on the T.J. Evans paved trail.
