Stars & Stripes VeteRun 5K takes place Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at 10:00am at Stewart Lodge, Mendon Ponds Park.
A portion of proceeds supports Honor Flight Rochester, Inc.
VeteRun 5K is a family-friendly event honoring our Veterans and Active Military. Participate in person or virtually.

- The date, time, location, and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or canceled at any time as deemed necessary by the Race Directors due to circumstances beyond their control.

Virtual 5K event
Support Honor Flight Rochester on your own time and join us virtually. Run or walk a 5K course of your choosing between 9am Monday, November 10th and 11:59pm Wednesday, November 12th and submit your times.

City insight: Honeoye Falls
Honeoye Falls is a village within the town of Mendon in Monroe County, New York, USA, named for a small waterfall on Honeoye Creek that sits beside the village. Its population was 2,706 at the 2020 census. Winters here are cold and snowy while summers are warm, so late spring and early autumn are the best seasons to race.
