Location
City insight: Deland
DeLand is a city and the county seat of Volusia County, Florida, USA, and part of the Deltona–Daytona Beach–Ormond Beach metropolitan area. It was founded in 1876 and is home to Stetson University, Florida's oldest private college. Winters are mild and summers are hot and humid, so late autumn through spring is the best time to race.
