About the race
The first Dream Mile was organized by Vibha volunteers in Dallas, Bay Area and Atlanta in October 1998.
The Dream Mile has become a permanent fixture on the calendars of runners in various cities across America. To date, The Dream Mile has raised more than $3M to support upwards of 180,000 children.
Vibha is a 2025 top-rated non-profit and has achieved Guidestar's highest platinum rating, putting it in the top 0.1% of all non-profit organizations. Vibha is a 501(c)(3) organization, registered in the State of New Jersey, USA.
Cancellation policy
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.

City insight: Dallas
Dallas is a large city in north Texas, with a big running scene and trails around White Rock Lake. The climate is humid subtropical: summers (June to September) are very hot, autumn is warm and pleasant, winters (December to February) are mild with occasional cold snaps and ice, and spring is warm with a risk of severe storms. Spring and autumn are the best seasons for racing, with early starts in summer. Dallas has two major airports.
