Novant Health Charlotte Marathon
About the race
Novant Health Charlotte Marathon weekend features three events: a full marathon, a half marathon, and the Chick-fil-A 5K.
Ruck weight requirement
Prior to the race and ruck start, participants will be required to weigh in and out post race event.
- If you weigh over 150 lbs: 20 lbs ruck plate (or equivalent weight)
- If you weigh under 150 lbs: 10 lbs ruck plate (or equivalent weight)
Cancellation policy
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
Applies if you cancel your own registration. Cancellations and refunds are the organiser's responsibility and are processed by them. Endurace helps where it can, but cannot guarantee a refund.

Location
City insight: Charlotte
Charlotte is the most populous city in North Carolina and the county seat of Mecklenburg County. It is named for Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, who became queen consort of Great Britain and Ireland in 1761. The climate is humid subtropical, with hot summers and mild winters, so spring and autumn are the best seasons to race.
