Our annual Freedom Run takes place this Veterans Day in Denver/Aurora.
The run honors the Veterans who have sacrificed to protect our freedom.
Each race is small and local, with a capped field per wave.
All paces and ages are welcome, and runners under 18 must have a guardian. No gear or setup is needed, and there are no timing chips.
There is no packet pickup, and race bibs are handed out on race day.
Shirts ship the week of your race, so if you register within 2 weeks of the race, your shirt may arrive after race day.
The Virtual Run includes a digital training pack. Run it whenever and wherever you like, with any tracking device (optional), then send your results to [email protected] to claim your medal.
Timing is optional: track your own time with an app such as Strava, RunKeeper, or Nike Run, then submit it through the online form. You can also ask a coordinator to time you.
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
Centennial is a home rule city in Arapahoe County, Colorado, USA, and the state's 11th most populous municipality. It is part of the Denver–Aurora–Centennial metropolitan area and the Front Range Urban Corridor. Summers are warm and dry and winters are cold but often sunny, so late spring and early autumn are the best seasons to race.
