US Road Running races are built for runners and walkers who want a friendly, low-pressure race day with just enough competition to keep things exciting.
The events are local and welcoming, and easy to join whether you are chasing a PR, collecting a themed medal, working toward series points, or getting outside with good people.
Most races are small enough to feel personal but organized enough to feel official. Expect a clear course, helpful race staff, finisher medals, results, and a relaxed community feel.
Because these are small local races, there are normally one or two staff members at each race.
EMS is not stationed on site, and water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
Plan for the weather, bring anything you may want between laps, and check in with race staff if you need help.
Athletes can cancel their registration, but no refund is given.
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
Camas is a city in Clark County, Washington, USA, on the Columbia River across from Troutdale, Oregon, and part of the Portland metropolitan area. Its population was 26,065 at the 2020 census, and Prune Hill, an extinct volcanic vent, is one of its major geographical features. The climate is mild and wet in winter and dry in summer, so late summer and early autumn are the best seasons to race.
