Salado VFW Auxiliary 12235 Turkey Trot Fun Run
About the race
Bring the family (both humans & K-9s!) to Liberty Park in Belton, Texas on November 21, 2026 for our First Annual Turkey Trot Fun Run. The course begins at the Western Pavilion and follows the scenic Nolan Creek Hike & Bike Trails.
The Western Pavilion is located next to the Belton Christian Youth Center and is visible from the I-35 southbound frontage road.
This is also a youth-centered community event. Our talented youth volunteer in multiple capacities to help make this a fun day. The front of the race t-shirt will feature the winning original design created by one of our local high school art students, selected through our T-shirt Design Contest.
