Miles For Change 2026 is more than a run, it’s a movement where every mile contributes towards creating a better future. Organised by Leo Multiple District 3231, the youth wing of Lions International, the event brings together runners, fitness enthusiasts, families and changemakers for a common purpose: supporting education for underprivileged children.
With 5 KM and 10 KM timed runs, Miles For Change welcomes everyone from first-time runners to seasoned athletes. Whether you're chasing a personal best, starting your running journey, or simply looking to run for a meaningful cause, every step counts.
Join us on 29 November 2026 at Lokhandwala, Mumbai, and turn your miles into meaningful change. Run. Inspire. Impact.
Mumbai is India's financial capital, on the Arabian Sea, with a strong running culture along Marine Drive and in its parks, and a major marathon. The climate is hot and humid: summers (March to May) are hot and sticky, the monsoon (June to September) is very heavy with flooding at times, and winters (November to February) are the most pleasant. November to February is the best time to race, with cool early mornings. It has a major international airport, suburban rail and a growing metro.
