Age is calculated as on race day, 29 November 2026. Male and female categories are awarded separately, top 3 in each category. Open includes all eligible ages. Open podium finishers are not eligible for age-category awards.

Full and Half Marathon: 18+. 10K City Run: 12+ (under-18s need guardian consent). 5K Joy Run & Walk: open to all ages. Age is calculated as of race day.
No. Category changes are not accepted once registration is confirmed.
Yes, up to 30 days before the event, by emailing the organisers with the details of both participants.
Finisher medal, official timing & results (timed categories), event jersey, on-course refreshments, medical support, GM merchandise and a kit bag.

Generally no. Refunds apply only if the organisers change the event date due to unforeseen circumstances.
Affected participants will be notified and offered a refund as per the Terms & Conditions.
No refunds are given for personal reasons. You can instead transfer your registration up to 30 days before the event.

Medical support is available along the route and at the finish area for all categories.
No. The 5K Joy Run & Walk is non-competitive and not officially timed. The Full Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K are timed.
