Participants may be eligible for overall and age-category awards as specified by the organiser. A participant cannot claim multiple prizes for the same race performance. Open Category winners will not receive an Age Category prize where non-cumulation rules apply. All awards are subject to age and timing verification. Stated processing period for prize transfers is 4–7 working days after verification.

Registration fees are non-refundable once confirmed. No refunds are provided for non-attendance due to personal reasons, injury, illness, or travel problems. Registration transfers may be permitted up to the specified deadline subject to approval and fees. Category upgrades require paying the fee difference, while downgrades do not entitle the participant to a partial refund.
