The DHASH Bengaluru Half Marathon (DBHM) 2026 returns for its second edition on 6 December 2026, bringing together runners, fitness enthusiasts, corporates, families, and the wider Bengaluru running community. Built around the philosophy "For the Runners. By the Runners. With a Purpose," the event emphasizes professional race management, accessibility, community participation, and social and environmental impact.
The 2026 edition moves to the iconic Sree Kanteerava Stadium, with the race route taking runners through Bengaluru's Central Business District. Participants can choose between three race categories: the 5K Run, 10K Timed Run, and 21.1K Timed Half Marathon.
Details regarding the Bib Collection date, venue, and timings are yet to be announced.
A major highlight of DBHM is its “One Runner, One Tree” initiative, connecting participation in the race with environmental responsibility. Every runner contributes towards tree plantation and a greener future. The first edition resulted in the plantation of thousands of trees, and the initiative continues for the 2026 edition.
The 2026 edition carries a total cash prize pool of approximately ₹8.70 lakh across the 10K and 21K categories. Detailed category-wise prize distribution will be announced in upcoming updates.
